All incoming Freshman and parents have to schedule a 1:1 meeting with their Freshman Counselor to register for their freshman year.

Schedule Your Individual Learning Plan Meeting

This Individual Learning Plan Meeting is a 25 minute appointment where you and your parent/guardian will have the opportunity to discuss post-secondary pathways, explore Career Technical Education pathways, show you how to utilize the California Colleges website, and review/select courses for your 9th-grade year with a Centennial School Counselor. 
 
The window to make your appointment will be from March 23, 2021 to April 23, 2021. If you do not attend the scheduled appointment, we will be reaching out directly to your parent and your intermediate school. If you do not make an appointment, one will be made for you. We are committed to meeting with every incoming 9th-grade student. We feel during this time, we need to support every student in their transition to high school.
