Immunization Requirements

To ensure a smooth enrollment process, please verify that your student's immunization records are up to date prior to registration.

In accordance with California state law, all students entering 7th grade must provide documentation of:

• One Tdap (Whooping Cough) booster vaccination administered on or after their 7th birthday
• Two Varicella (Chickenpox) vaccinations, or
• Documentation of a prior diagnosis/history of varicella disease verified by a healthcare provider

Current CNUSD Students

Students currently attending a Corona-Norco Unified School District elementary school who will be entering 7th grade should submit a copy of their updated Tdap and Varicella immunization records to their current elementary school office.

New-to-CNUSD Students

Students enrolling from outside of CNUSD must provide updated immunization records as part of the enrollment process.

Important Reminder

Students who have not submitted the required immunization documentation prior to the start of the school year may not be permitted to attend school until all requirements have been met.

We encourage families to submit records as early as possible to avoid delays in enrollment and ensure a successful start to the school year.
